You are so right about the later books. The sex went on and on for pages and pages, a little story was thrown in then…..back to the bed. Yikes. I may try this one if it is almost back to the old Anita Blake. Thanks

I just finished this too, and I also loved it. While I would have liked to see her photographs, I understand why she couldn’t include them all, but wow, wasn’t her writing powerful?! This is one to reread some day. I only read a library copy so I can’t keep it on my shelf: but you’re right, I would if I owned it!
