Blue Moon Rising and Beyond the Blue Moon are two of my favorite Hawk and Fisher stories. I have just finished reading BMR and BBM again and I can truthfully say I enjoyed the experience as much as I did reading them the first time. As you read these books you can see the beginnings of some of the ideas that come out in the Nightside series (if you have not read Nightside go get one!). I think the thing that I enjoy the most about these books is the humor. I am also quite fond of the diversity of characters and the world building. Simon R. Green is one of my favorite authors, I hope that he keeps at it!
